Q. I want to book. What do I do next?
Please call on 08452 57 01 95 . You will be required to pay a non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of the total price to confirm your reservation. Once funds have cleared and/or cash received you will then be sent a rental agreement along with a copy of the Terms and conditions.
Q. What are the terms and conditions of hire?

Q. Can I take the vehicle to Europe?
No, unfortuantely we currently only allow the vehicles to be hired for use in the UK. We are making step torwards allowing europe travel possible aswell we will kepp you posted
Q. Can I hire the campervan for longer than a weekend?
Yes. Although festivalcamperhire.com is primarily a weekend campervan hire company, if there is availability, we will of course consider hire over longer periods of time. Please call on 08452 57 01 95 .
Q. What is included in the price?

Q. What will I need to bring?
You will need to pack your clothes, pyjamas and walking boots but THAT'S IT! Our aim is for you to travel to us and drive off into the Sussex sunset without having to worry about what to bring or buy. See Prices for a list of what is included in the price.
Q. Will I find it difficult to drive a left hand drive vehicle?
If you are a confident and competent driver, you should have no difficulty driving a left hand drive vehicle in the UK. It will be a peace of cake on the continent!
Q. Is it easy to find you?

Q. What happens if I break down?
Highly unlikely but you will have the peace of mind of full breakdown cover both in the UK and abroad.
Q. Can we leave our car with you?
Yes, If you are driving, you are welcome to leave your car on the road outside Brewers Yard. Although it is a relatively safe area, cars are left entirely at your own risk. We cannot accept liability for any damages or losses.
Q. Can you deliver the vehicle to us?
We do not usually, but are happy to quote for it if required.
Q. How many people does it sleep?
The amount of people that the campervan you choose sleeps will be signified by the amount of births available
Q. I have to return the campervan with a full tank of petrol. Where is the nearest petrol station?
There is a garage just five miles south
